Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the bd09 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Eligibility

General Terms

We further reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion. Such decisions are final and are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.
The headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where the context requires, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" are illustrative and non-exhaustive unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use the bd09 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to create an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim any bonus or promotion on bd09.
- You are a natural person acting in your own name and for your own account. Corporate entities and individuals acting as agents or representatives for others are not permitted to register player accounts.

bd09 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bd09 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
Where bd09 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance held therein, and conduct a full investigation. If the investigation confirms ineligibility, the account will be permanently closed and any balance — including deposits and purported winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations and legal requirements.
Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on the bd09 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, a different device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses claimed or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts are void and will not be paid out.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. It is your ongoing obligation to keep this information up to date. Your bd09 account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. bd09 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify bd09 customer support without delay.
bd09 implements OTP (one-time password) verification for logins from new or unrecognised devices as an additional security layer. This process is designed to protect your account from unauthorised access. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number and email address associated with your account are accurate and accessible, as these are the channels through which OTP codes are delivered.
bd09 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This is not a punitive measure — it is a standard responsible gaming and financial compliance procedure applied consistently across all accounts. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested, to avoid delays in payment processing.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bd09 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd09 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits: Funds deposited to your bd09 account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. bd09 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. bd09 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or borrowed funds are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, as a fraud prevention measure. bd09 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts to bKash and Nagad wallets during standard operating hours. Actual receipt of funds in your wallet or bank account is subject to your payment provider's processing timelines, which are outside bd09's control.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and wallets registered in the player's own verified name.
- Any active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be forfeited or completed before a withdrawal request can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
- bd09 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed published thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
- bd09 does not accept cryptocurrency as a deposit or withdrawal method. All transactions must be in BDT via the supported fiat payment channels listed above.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect account credit, bd09 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount regardless of whether the funds have been wagered or partially withdrawn.
Funds held in your bd09 account are not interest-bearing. bd09 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. Your account balance represents a credit balance available for wagering purposes only — it is not a savings or current account and should not be treated as one.
Bonus & Promotions
bd09 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matters they expressly address; for all other matters, these general Terms apply.
Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your bd09 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring (e.g., a weekly reload bonus).
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your bd09 account. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in most wagering scenarios, in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
- bd09 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-term due to a system error or platform decision unrelated to player conduct, any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to their published wagering requirements.
- Attempting to exploit bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage, or any conduct that bd09 reasonably determines to be bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process following satisfaction of wagering requirements.
User Obligations
As a registered player on the bd09 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational betting and gaming purposes, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms. You accept personal responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised such activity, except where bd09 is at fault through negligence or system error.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Use the bd09 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any criminal offence or violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to launder money, finance terrorism, or otherwise use the bd09 platform in a manner that violates anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games in a manner that is not a genuine human interaction in real time.
- Collude with other players, share information with other active players in a game, or otherwise engage in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or corrupt betting activity.
- Open multiple accounts or assist another person in circumventing their self-exclusion or account closure.
- Exploit software errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical fault are void and will be reclaimed by bd09.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any bd09 employee or customer support agent through any communication channel.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or location during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
bd09 employs a range of technical and procedural controls to detect and prevent the conduct listed above. Where any such conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bd09 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze the account balance, void any bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
Account Suspension & Closure
bd09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where account closure is required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or responsible gaming policy.
Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage access.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Multi-accounting — operating more than one account on the platform.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against bd09 by the player or their payment provider.
- Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves.
Where an account is closed by bd09 for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon closure for cause.

Limitation of Liability
The bd09 platform and all content, games, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd09 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond lawful recreational betting and gaming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd09 shall not be liable to you for any:
- Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or the suspension of your account.
- Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if bd09 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with your security obligations, including unauthorised access to your account resulting from your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
- Losses arising from events beyond bd09's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit bd09's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
In all cases where bd09's liability is not excluded, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with bd09 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd09 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
